21.01.2022 Natural Justice is a serious matter!! Under Section 57 of the Migration Act, if you receive Natural Justice Letter, it means the Department of Home Affairs has received adverse information which does not support the visa application. I had only 24 hours to respond to the request from the Department as my client contacted me a day before the due date to respond.... Within 24 hours, I managed to get 10 evidences from various sources, get documents translated, prepared statutory declaration and wrote a legal submission to support her visa application.
