Things like shoulder press, bench press, biceps curls, tri extenions, chin ups and deadlifts where painful to do. 09.01.2022 Flashback Friday! I learnt so much from my 7 week Prep this year. Even though we do things a bit backwards in this sport i wouldnt have it any other way ain't the right @trishyv_wff_champion (aka my mentor/coach & all round top person to be around) During these 7 weeks i refined & increased my food intake. J...ayson has competed in several comps placing 1st in Mr Melbourne Mens Fitness only a year and a half ago and he has been slowly rebuidling his mindset and chipping away at a better physique to bring to the competitors stage. He has taken clients to stage and has also taken away champion trainer awards as well as aiding our awesome team in dropping well over 1000cm off of there bods - this guy knows his stuff! Jaysons dedication to you guys is the same as to what he gives himself he practices what he preaches that why when you are underneath this amazing mans watchful eye you know you are in good hands. He may not boast about as much as he does and that is probably why you dont hear it much from him.
