No one likes to think of their mortality, but not having an up-to-date will, or having not made provisions for your care, should you need it can make an already difficult time much harder for families. A Will is a formal document allowing you to set out how your property and assets are to be distributed after your death including the appointment of an executor to administer your estate, nomination of beneficiaries, the appo...intment of guardians for young children and directions for funeral arrangements and organ donation. Without a valid Will in place, your estate may not be distributed in accordance with your wishes resulting in unnecessary stress, cost and delays for your family.
