We do always strive to serve our food quickly but without dropping the standard of the food! ... I do just want to have a bit of a vent about the way Al and I were treated today by a few particular customers. We do always inform you when ordering if there is a wait time, however keep in mind that the wait time is a guide and sometimes the wait may go slightly over the time that you were told. We do apologise if this occurs. Another thing is that we are PEOPLE as well who have FEELINGS. Speaking to us rudely and disrespectful is not only hurtful but is also not acceptable!
