23.01.2022 We would like to welcome the recent arrival in the band of Tom Greble, on clarinet, tenor saxophone and vocals. Peter Groos, our previous reed player, decided to retire after 12 years playing with the band at the Jazz Cellar and Railway Hotel. Peter will be missed but Tom is already adding his own stamp to the band's sound. Come along and hear for yourself at either the Jazz Cellar or the Railway Hotel in North Fremantle.

23.01.2022 We regret to announce that the Jazz Cellar will be shut for the next 4 weeks. Your health is a priority to us, and in the small enclosed environment of the Jazz Cellar, we have no guarantee to guard against the transmission of coronavirus. We will aim to reopen by Friday the 17th of April depending on the situation at the time. We will post updates on our Facebook page. ... 20.01.2022 The fall-out from the corona virus gets bigger by the day. We said that we would close the Jazz Cellar for a month, but it looks like being a lot longer. Also, we had hoped to keep our gig at the Railway Hotel, North Fremantle going, but that also is cancelled until further notice, due to the closing of all licensed premises. All we can say at this time is keep in touch. You can find a few Corner House Jazz Band videos on Youtube. Best wishes, from the Jazz Cellar.

16.01.2022 The Jazz Cellar band plays every Saturday from 3pm to 6 at the Railway Hotel, Tydeman Road, North Freo. Tomorrow, 23 November, the pub will celebrate 45 years of Saturday Jazz with a free sausage sizzle. Entry is free, there is room for dancing and the music is great. Why not join us tomorrow.

05.01.2022 The Corner House Jazz Band annual river cruise on March 8 has been sold out for months, however, we have four tickets available due to a cancellation. If you are interested in coming please ring Roy 0418904670. Tickets are $55 each and you can bring your own food and drinks.
