Great news...class will be on as ‘normal’ tonight We have confirmed the rules around wearing masks while exercising, and we are allowed to remove them during class. You must wear a mask to class though, and put it back on as soon as practical after the last routine. ... Please also remember to keep you distance from others, use hand sanitiser when entering the building and stay home if you’re unwell at all. See you tonight at 6:30

01.01.2022 Anyone else hooked on sweets after the holidays? These chocolate cookies are a great way to satisfy your cookie cravings but are also nutritious, fit-friendly and family approved. Chocolate Cookies: 1 cup almond butter 1 egg... 1/2 cup coconut sugar 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder 1/4 cup unsweetened chocolate chips Add ingredients into bowl + mix until combined. Scoop balls of dough onto lined cookie sheet & flatten. Bake at 350 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Icing: 1 can full fat coconut milk 3 Tablespoons maple syrup 1/2 teaspoon vanilla or peppermint extract Scoop out chilled coconut cream into mixer, add syrup & extract. Beat until firm. Dollop or pipe onto cooled cookie. Enjoy (just don’t eat them all at once )
