15.01.2022 WE'RE BACK! I'm super excited to announce that 2 of our classes will be returning tomorrow Monday 6th July at: Wesley Uniting Church , 32 Showground Road. Castle Hill . Here's what you can expect when you return to class, besides the fun, feel-good vibes and pumping music!! Limited class sizes... Contactless class check-in No shared equipment - please bring your own weights and mats to class. (No need of mat first week) Please bring your water bottle pre-filled to limit touch points. Please dont come to class if you feel unwell. Frecuently clean facilities with hand sanitiser/ wipes available. Cashless payments. For the time being classes will be reserved for 'Direct Debit Membership' and Passes. We're sorry but no Walk-In at this stage. If we have a spot available, I'll post on FB and first person replying will take the spot so, you need to be alert! 01.01.2022 Thanks Phyl for sharing your story . My Jazzercise story started back in 1998. I head about Jazzercise at St Bernadettes Castle Hill from school mums when my eldest daughter started kindy. My then 5 year old and 2 year old also did jr Jazz at the bowling club on Wednesday afternoons with Melissa. ... What I love about Jazzercise? Everything!! The routines , the music and friendships made over the years until now . At times its been my saving grace. Jazzercise allows me to escape the stresses of life for the duration of class and rest my mind while working my body and even having a laugh or two . What keeps me coming? Jazzercise is awesome at always evolving. I started in my 20s , now in my 50s I can continue to challenge myself while helping keep my body and mind as healthy as I can. I love that Jazzercise welcomes all ages and levels of fitness. Im so pleased I decided to take that first class on that horrible rainy Monday morning after school drop off with a sleeping toddler in the car. I really just wanted to put her to bed and start all the housework that was waiting for me. Learning We have to put ourselves first sometimes. Even if its only to go to Jazzercise Thank you Martha for the high energy you bring to your classes.
