10.01.2022 WHY PRINT YOUR PHOTOS? I went to Apple the other day to find out the best options for backing up my personal photos. For businesses, $3000k+ is needed for multi layered Raid devices to backup photos and videos.... but how many families can afford this option? So I asked Apple - "what options are there for regular families?"... iCloud........ but who knows how long the integrity of the cloud will last? Hardrives........ everyone knows that these can fail at any time and often files can not always be retrieved when they do. USBs.........but most new computers don't have the ports for these anymore so you have to purchase adapters...and how long will these be available? Backing up on 3 different devices is the best thing to do, but how can we afford the time to do AND will these devices be accessible in 20 years time? So what do we do? I bet right now you are questioning your own back up solutions. It is becoming more and more prevalent that with the speed and change of technology, we may not be keeping our photos for our children in safe and accessible places for their future. What is the answer? Apple didn't know. They had no answer for me....but did agree that the best option was...to print. Good. Old fashioned. print. 06.01.2022 This little cutie is passionate about acting and being in front of the camera and so Mum booked some headshots for her new casting agent. It was so easy to photograph Riley as she listened so well to my instructions and was eager to learn some tips on posing for the camera. I'm sure she will go far! Watch this face!
