A sweet 18k/500m loop of the peninsula from Jetty beach campground taking in magnificent views of the D'Entrecasteaux Channel and the Southern ranges...on a less broody and stormy day! . Bruny Is. was a regular adventure spot for me growing up...predominantly camping/snorkeling @ Adventure Bay and surfing Cloudy Bay. It's such an incredible place.... . 05.01.2022 @ 2430m, 15th-century Machu Picchu. . In 2005, after 4 days of hiking the inca trail, this was the final destination. Incredible. . One of the new 7 wonders of the world.... . In the backdrop stands Huayna picchu - another 260m higher. . Climbing that was hair raising.
