24.01.2022 Hi everyone! I know we are all pretty excited for my new shop update but I am going to have to delay until October - will give an exact date in a later post. I first saw his works in 2010 when I was given his postcard book XOXO hugs and kisses by chance. I was at a crossroads deciding what I wanted to do after study and decided I wanted ...to combine illustration and fashion. his style, ideas, and use of perspective and colours really stuck with me. 22.01.2022 Hi Everyone. I cannot believe its nearly October already - why is time moving so damn fast? With Halloween creeping quickly up on us the lovely people @noissueco asked me to collab to create a Halloween themed tissue paper. I decided a black ground design would be most suitable - sorta creepy! I am really happy with how it turned out and how the coloured base gives it an extra thickness. I will be using these and my previous tissue paper design to wrap orders when I reopen... my online store - Would you be interested in buying sheets to wrap your own gifts? Let me know :) . P.S These beautiful orange flowers are dried flowers from a friend purchased from @gather.store which I thought looked great against the black . 14.01.2022 Hi Everyone. For the past few days I have been struggling to come to terms with what has happened. On the 4th & 5th July 2020, we lost two of the closest people to us - my mother and grandmother - to a freak accident. It is an indescribable feeling when the people you love the most and have spent all your life with suddenly disappear without warning. It makes it hard to breathe, sleep and function. But the hardest is believing that it is true and that this is not just a dream.... I have many mixed and confused feelings like I no longer have a light at the end of this long tunnel called life. My two biggest fans, cheerleaders, are gone. No longer will they ask me what I have been drawing, what I am making or try collect all my items to display and give to their friends. Every time I see anything that reminds me of them will cause a crack in my soul. I believe my recovery will take a while. I hope you are all stay safe and happy and thank you for taking the time to visit my page and read this. 2020 is officially the shittiest year ever. Please note that my online shop and commissions are currently closed with no reopening date in mind. I will try my best to send out the pre-ordered bags from the 20th but please bear with me if there are some delays in dispatching the orders. Till we meet again. - j

05.01.2022 Hi everyone. Thank you all for your kind messages - it made me feel very loved and I appreciate all the effort and time it took. We had mum and grandmas funeral on the weekend and I am somewhat at peace knowing they are together again. There will always be this big hole left by them but I think time will help. every push is a step closer but you need help to take the first step. And I am glad to have much support Despite corona issues we were still able to have a good service... and many were able to say their last goodbyes. Currently I am stitching on these tags for the tote bags to keep myself distracted. I am not sure when I will pick up my pen again but hopefully wont be too far away.
