20.01.2022 Big is beautiful. This PT12 JB Powertilt off a 35 tonner from Roma, Qld, needed a full overall. Barrel hone, thrust seat and end cap lap, machine the main shaft, seal and bearing kit, build up slide rails, new pins and slider. All back to JB specs like new. The best is worth the rebuild.

12.01.2022 www.jbattachments.com.au Just like new! This PT11 off a 20 tonner needed the works. New seal and bearing kit, cylinder hone, repair the mainshaft, lap thrust seats, crack test and re weld earset to barrel, weld up slide rails and machine to size, rebuild the hitch cylinder, new slider, latch and pins, paint and decals. The best is worth the rebuild.

03.01.2022 www.jbattachments.com.au A Calibre Helitilt just through the workshop. Unfortunately the tilt actuator was beyond economical repair. The helical gears on the piston, mainshaft and body had pitting from failure. We removed to ear set and serviced the hydraulic hitch. Then supplied a brand new tilt actuator and put it back together. We service and repair all makes and models of tilt hitches.

01.01.2022 Another successful rebuild. This early model JB PT7 tilt hitch needed some TLC. After the tilt actuator full refurbishment we welded and line bored the idler hanger to make it like new.
