Rex is a return customer, after completing his home office and odds and end last year, it was time to extend our existing retainer/garden bed, and fill in the top corner for better access to the shed! With a water issue from the property above, some drainage was added to help water track in the right direction and finished off with care free blue stone finish. ... 24.01.2022 Another one bights the dust! Stoked with th finish result of my little beachmere project! Transforming these two dark bedrooms with a funky shared window going on, to a bright user friendly bedroom with custom built in robe and shelving solution, both rooms complete with mirror sliding robe doors, and the other into a home office bringing the outside in with all that extra light! Should make getting that paper work done a little more desirable! ... Straightened external walls before re installing new shadow clad Quality used throughout, powder coat windows and sliders complete with invisi guard security sliders and screens! No dirty diamond grills here! All in all another happy client. Cant wait to get started on the next stage shortly. Thanks Kirsy, Been a pleasure!

23.01.2022 Covid seems to be bringing out all the the opportunistic pests! A emergency call out quickly told the tale of a late night break and enter. With the security door completely ruined and jambs now damaged, we opted to renew the opening with new rebated jamb, new Hume solid front entry door to replace the old one and some nice Invisi guard triple lock security through out! ... 20.01.2022 Full swing at caboolture! Forever seeing failures on older water proofing systems, this old girl was well due for a tidy up! With mould showing on the bedroom side, rotten skirts and water under the waterproofing it was time to nip this one. ... Upon demolition several flaws in a previous fix up where unearthed, including standard 10mm plaster on one wall instead of villa, several failures and penetrations in the membrane and just some general poor workmanship in previous repairs... Stay tuned!

From finding no waterproofing through out, to underlay glued down with tile adhesive and to ice the cake, a completely rotted out flooring system that had spread to the joists and bearers, its been a full on week! 03.01.2022 Happy monday! With the Corona virus restrictions being lifted, another job gets over the line. Home office frame and lockup stage complete. ... Utilising a spare 3x7 bay in this total span shed, and a bunch of Knauf Track, Stud and Ceiling system, a new office space has been created! Re claimed sliding windows and doors were selected to suit, and the gable end of the shed was torn apart, re framed to suit new doors and square set openings, and re pinned back together to suit! What a difference and a way to utilise normally unused space. Linings to commence in the coming week. Cheers Chris Jenkins

02.01.2022 Well, hasnt this taken a bit of a turn for the more.... Modern! What a transformation this little Burpengary gem has had.. With literally less than 4 square meters of floor space to play with, this was defiantly the smallest bathrooms we have had to play with! ... Once again. with careful planning, and the use of cost effective yet standout products we have managed to produce an awesome finished product, worlds apart!

02.01.2022 Chippy gone landscaper! Nice little yard tidy up for a repeat client. After spreading some existing onsite fill, tidying up around the perimeter of the shed, geo went down and rock went in! ... Few cube of topsoil to find a nice line and give a nice base for the amazing fresh new turf! A grade buffalo going in. Always good fun doing these odd jobs to get off the tool belt for a couple of days! Turf to come

01.01.2022 Well it has been one hell of a last half of the year, with still another 2 smaller projects to go.. Heres a few progress shots of whats been happening in my little dance studio fit out! With all partitions, insulation, sheeting and fix out all completed we are now well into paint and floor coverings. With a custom built sprung dance floor thrown into the mix its certainly a cool little job to be a part of.. ... Foyer bench tops due for install shortly and a fit off and we are hosed!
