17.01.2022 Did you know that directors of companies will soon be required to obtain a Director Identification Number (DIN)? The purpose behind the DIN is to assist ASIC and other regulatory bodies in correctly identifying directors, particularly for the purposes of insolvency and illegal phoenixing activity.
