21.01.2022 The Year 11 Food Science and Technology students had fun for their last week of cooking taking on the challenge of baking and constructing gingerbread houses. Some efforts were more successful than others but it was alot of fun. Well done Yr 11's and enjoy your holidays!

Our focus has also been on developing their fine motor strength and coordination, their oral language skills, basic literacy and numeracy knowledge, and lots of creativity through play. 06.01.2022 Our Student Councillors and Miss Ingoe busy making and decorating cupcakes for R U OK Day. We also have a Teachers vs Students basketball tournament fundraiser on at lunchtime ... stay tuned for some action photos of the game.

06.01.2022 A message from our P&C The P&C will be holding their AGM on Wednesday 5th August at 3.30pm in the school library. Our first attempt at an AGM was adjourned due to positions NOT being filled. We are DESPERATE to recruit new Office Bearers. All positions are vacant & NEED to be filled. If these positions are not filled, the P&C will have no choice but to windup. This would be such a shame, and a significant loss to the school community as there is money in the bank that needs ...to be spent, benefitting the students. In addition to this, all events organised and operated by the P&C will cease. It is a very quiet year, and new Office Bearers will ease into these roles. Please consider jumping on board and giving it a go, and please remember that the P&C is here to benefit all students at Jurien Bay DHS.
