14.01.2022 Introducing our Job of the Month This new build was inspired by a New Zealand house design that our client loved. A pavilion-inspired, brick veneer home, with Colorbond feature cladding in Ironstone, the key design specs for this job were:... a flowing living area a large kitchen with plenty of storage private space for both parents and kids These are common design requirements and we regularly work with variations on this theme to meet the needs of each family we work with. The main living area faces north and the house is positioned on the block to maximise light and warmth during different seasons (also known as thermal efficiency). The house features symmetrical raked rooflines, adding a striking modern edge. For many, building a house of your own is a dream come true but there are many elements both in the design and planning process that need to come together to achieve results.
