19.01.2022 Couple of new Hitachi reverse cycle split systems we recently installed. A 2.5kw for the master bedroom and a 6kw to serve the main lounge/dining area and kitchen. Our plan was to keep as small amount of capping as possible visible in the main backyard area so as soon as the pipes and interconnecting cables came out the wall we turned them around and sent them back through the roof space and across to the far side of the house where all the existing services are located. The drain was ran down to a garden bed and will blend in nicely once the outside wall gets rendered. #jbhairconditioning #hitachi #splitsystem #airconditioning #quality #hvac

19.01.2022 2.5kw Kelvinator reverse cycle split system we completed in a master bedroom today. We only had a small area in this bedroom that we could put the unit up so choosing the correct unit for sizing was critical. With some research into unit specifications we were able to provide the customer with some suitable options which ended up in them deciding the Kelvinator was their ideal choice. We ran the pipework and interconnecting cables down through a hidden laundry in smart duct capping and sealed the floor to keep water tight. Shout out to our good mates at @fourth_phase_elec for making the effort to get the installation of mains power to the system done with short notice. 14.01.2022 MAINTENANCE IS IMPORTANT! We received a call to look into some units that weren’t running very well. - little air flow - not much heat... - constantly turning off We found that the units were installed as second hand units and after being removed from the original building they had been sitting in storage for a couple of years collecting dirt, dust and other debris. This resulted in the coils to block up and restrict airflow causing the units to trip out on safety sensors to avoid damage to major components. With some thorough cleaning and a little bit of love we were able to bring the units back to near new condition. - high air flow - hot air - no longer tripping out - satisfied customer #jbhairconditioning #maintenance #quality #hvac #airconditioning @ Mount Waverley, Victoria

13.01.2022 5kw Hitachi Split System installed to replace an old R.A.C. The customer removed the R.A.C. during the week after we had disconnected the electricals. Once the wall was patched they asked us to come back and install the new 5kw Reverse Cycle Hitachi. 08.01.2022 3.5kw MItsubishi Heavy Industries installed for a good friend and returning customer today. We replaced a 7kw split system in their lounge room last year with a Mitsubishi unit and have been very pleased with it so far. So when they finished their new master bedroom renovations they called us in to fit off another MHI unit before the summer heat kicks in! We offset the indoor unit to allow for airflow to travel into a joining room more freely and also keep the artwork as the... main centrepiece above the bed. 06.01.2022 A couple of Before & After photos from our split system change overs today! We received a call to replace an old Panasonic and a Electrolux split as both units were faulty. The customer chose a nice 6kw for the lounge room and a 2.5kw for the bedroom. We relocated the outdoor unit location for the lounge room unit as requested by customer as they wanted to concrete the old location so that they could get their lawn mower, caravan and car in and out more easily. We also ran n...ew drains to proper drainage points to avoid causing damage to house stumps in the long run! With a few coats of paint over the previous capping location and drains this area will end up looking awesome! As for the bedroom unit we installed a new polyslab for outdoor unit to sit on to provide a solid fixing point that won’t rot like the timber that was used as feet on the old unit. Inside we used the existing penetration through the wall to cover as much of the un painted area as possible where the old unit was located but due to different designs it didn’t quite cover the whole area.
