25.01.2022 It's hard, It Hurts. We do it anyway . That morning Alarm 45% tolerate it, 5% hate it & 8% love it. Its not just you. That noise is the most hated part of a run for most but 57% say they never hit the snooze button. ... The First Mile 34% tolerate it, 4% hate it & 11% love it. Once we lace up. Things dont get much better. Nearly three times more runners tolerate the first mile than relish it. The Finish line 60% love it, 3% tolearate it & 0% hate it. Our favourite part of a run is being done. It even beats our post-run snacks as the high point. If we love what comes after a run so much more than itself, What keeps us coming back for more!??
