23.01.2022 Where does your light come from? Light comes from many sources and comes in many colours but light is a powerful and intangible being. We rely on light in almost every task during our day to day life. Some people shine a light brighter than others and I always wonder where the source of their light is coming from. I think I know. Light has the power to turn shame into victory and loneliness into community. With light we can cut through the darkness and create a wonderful invitation for truth and grace. 14.01.2022 The mind of a Lab is such a fascinating and challenging thing to replicate. It is authentic and genuine. They’re not trying to be something they’re not and their passion for life reflects that. They are amazing at finding joy in the small things and every step is a new and wonderful adventure. They are fiercely loyal and will always reflect the truth in your life. With out of this world focus, matched with a heart that far exceeds their athleticism, they believe they can achieve anything. Politics are ugly, religion is controversial, technology is stressful and the economy is unfortunate. Rest assured however, the unconditional love from our canine friends will never waiver. This is what I love about the video platform, It gives you an opportunity to capture more than just a single moment, but also the moment before, and the moment after all in one rolling story. I like to search deeper than the words being projected, for the true story lies in what’s underneath the text. Our body and our eyes speak louder than our mouth. 11.01.2022 Mistakes. We all make them, in fact we have all made a life time of them. We all differ in how we respond to our mistakes, but have you ever paid any consideration to this? We can choose to allow our mistakes to get us down, make us feel like we’ve been defeated; this mentality can bring progress to a grinding halt. Or, we can accept our mistakes for what they are, a stepping stone to a brighter future, a learning experience that we can draw from for the rest of our life. We can choose to allow our errors to educate us, giving us greater chances of success when we try again. This four hour stint of face to camera presenting was a slog, but we found the joy and comedy in the mistakes, cause the end product will be totally worth it. Pow Pow. Bowie x

02.01.2022 Corona sucks. I’m looking forward to taking a week off to explore and expand. I might film it, I might not but I’ll definitely be thinking about it.
