23.01.2022 We are all busy and it can be hard to find time to exercise. Kids are more then welcome here when you train. We have a play pen set up and a fenced off backyard with plenty of space to run around. Or they can sit at the table with their books or iPad. ... We occasionally train with our kids. Sometimes its a brease but not always I offer 30 minute sessions to get it done quickly. Even myself at the end of my 12 hour days I do 10 minutes fullbody high intenty. Just enough time to build a good sweat and my muscles feel full. There is always time somewhere - Todays Squats 20kgs x12 30kgs x12 40kgs x12 50kgs x10 60kgs x10 70kgs x8 75kgs x6

17.01.2022 These are my Monday & Thursday girls! Meet Ang, my sister Megan and Brookie! Brooke is our Treadmill Queen! and hikes on her days off. Megan is the group encourager! love her enthusiasm! Ang is new to the team and one strong Mumma Bear!... The girls do monthly fitness testing and are continuously improving in all areas! They do cardio, strength training HIIT and boxing! Always a blast with them though I do have to cut the chatting short sometimes!

10.01.2022 Skye is such a Trooper. We did our upper body strengh session at the start of the week with her 15 year old son Ty. We were ready for her second session for the week to train legs but she had a leg injury. Instead on cancelling and complaining we continued with upper body but made it higher intensity to get the heart rate up did higher rep ranges and added some abs!... Great work Skye!

I a EMOM (Every Min On the Min) when I want something hard and fast.... 1. 6 x Deadlifts 6 x box Jumps EMOM x10 (I did 40kgs about 50% of my max weight) 2. 10 x slam balls over the shoulder EMOM x10 (12kg ball) Complete as fast as possible and the rest of the minute is rest. It wasnt much though!
