24.01.2022 Client was wrapped with the rustic vanity tops and laundry shelves for the units being renovated. Check out the gorgeous grain that came out of the timber slabs.

16.01.2022 Verandah post rotted out at the base and needed replacing. Propped roof, replaced post and re-swaged stainless cable.

12.01.2022 Wall patch and paint repair after a plumber cut into the wall to fix a leaking waterline. Found there had been some termite activity too. Paint was still wet in the photos of the patched wall.

12.01.2022 Out with the old and in with the new. Leaking polycarbonate roof replaced and flashed correctly now. Dropped the roof beam 70mm to give the roof more fall also. Residents really appreciated being able to use the area in the rain.

10.01.2022 A little repair job from last week. Timber work rotting out due to a leaking balcony, rebuilt, waterproofed and retiled. Client was very happy.
