Formerly home to the Bank of Australasia, The Bank on Collins opened its doors in late 2015 after months of extensiv...e renovations to restore the original banking building to its former glory. Housing an impressive 18 meter copper bar top, custom artwork adorning the walls and original features like the old banking tellers sitting pride of place in the bar area, the venue offers guests a one of a kind experience. The restaurant operates 7 days a week specialising in locally sourced produce, while the bar services local Melbournians and visitors with signature cocktails and an extensive wine and spirit list. Available for everything from private dining and cocktail functions to corporate events and conferences, the flexible floor plan suits a range of set-ups and numbers.
