25.01.2022 Hello to Everyone. We hope you are all safe and well and not suffering from cabin fever too much. We are working as usual and happy to see our private customes starting to ring in after a very quiet couple of months. Our drivers have been supplied with hand soap, sanitizer, gloves and paper towel. They are washing their hands before and after (and in between) on every delivery. Keeping 2.0mt distance from people on site. Preferred method of payment is by credit card over the phone so driver is not handling cash. So we assure you that we are doing everything possible to ensure the safety of our drivers and customers. We hope you will continue to support us as you have over the years and assure you of our utmost care and attention not only in this crisis but at all times. We are thinking of you all.

24.01.2022 TO ALL OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS We would just like to reassure you that we are still working and hope to continue to do so. We are taking strict steps to ensure the safety of our drivers and each customer whilst making sure you do not run out of water. Our drivers are instructed to keep a 2.0 metre space between them and anyone on site. We ask if you are paying by cash to leave money in a safe place near your tank or phone credit card payment through to our office. They have hand sanitizer and soap wash in their trucks which they will use before and after every delivery. Gloves will be worn where possible. We are doing everything in our power to continue operating and ask for your support whilst ensuring our drivers and customers are not put to any risk in catching this virus.

23.01.2022 Morning, just an update on delivery times. 13000lt trucks booking Monday next week. 9000lt trucks from Wednesday this week. Also I would like to point out there has been an influx of water carriers coming out of the woodwork. Please make sure if you order water from any of these people that they are a reputable licenced business and have the strict specifications that council require, fitted to their trucks. Delivery of water is a food therefore carriers must hold a council licence and have a council sticker showing their licence number on their tank. Water must be drawn from council fill points so make sure where your water is being sourced. JBs Water guarantees the volume delivered as most of our local carriers can.

20.01.2022 My heart goes out to two of our customers who lost their homes in Beechmont fires today. I have been told 13 homes in one street gone. A big thankyou to Steve & Jim who took on extra work to deliver water to those who were near the fire.

19.01.2022 Morning everyone. Just letting you know how we are going for deliveries next week. Our 13000lt trucks are booked out till end of next week and the 9000lt are not far behind. So please book early especially coming up to Christmas with visitors, pools etc. Also if you could ring bookings through rather than on messenger as presently I dont have the time to check this site. 14.01.2022 Hi to our customers. Its been awhile since our last post but hoping you are all keeping well and safe and to assure you we are still working as usual. Drivers are instructed to maintain their social distancing and practicing all safe methods to ensure you and they remain safe from this virus. Drivers have masks, sanitizer and soap to use before and after delivery. If possible we would ask that you pay by card rather than cash to the driver. If not could you put cash in envel...ope and place in an area where driver can collect without disturbing you. Your health and safety is our main concern. Also a reminder that we are currently not working Sundays but all other days as per usual. 11.01.2022 Our thoughts are with our customers in the Beechmont area who have been evacuated from their homes. Hopefully they will be able to return safely in the near future. It is a devastating situation and thank God for our Fire Fighters working so hard up there.

We are about 4 days booked ahead with the big trucks Also if you text message and dont get a quick response please ring as we dont get time to check Facebook messages even though trying to remember. Phone is ringing from 6.00a.m until late so am apologizing in advance if i miss yr call. Also a reminder we are not operating on Sundays until further notice. 08.01.2022 Just a reminder for everyone to check their tanks before they run out as we may not be able to help you as phone is constantly ringing. We are currently booking the 25th September.

08.01.2022 Just letting everyone know we are booked out up to 3 days in advance so best keep an eye on your water level. We apologise in advance if we cannot fill your order the same day and ask that you do not get upset with us because you are out of water. We do our best to look after everyone but can only do what we can do. We appeciate each and every customer and thankyou for your service.

07.01.2022 As from this Sunday the 25th August, we will not be operating on a Sunday until further notice. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause however after 13 years 7 days a week, need a little break. Orders or messages can be left on our phone for following week deliveries.
