24.01.2022 Whirlpool Rest Cantilever and bridge ideas form the basis for this design along the river edge near the landmark Batman Bridge. Currently in for development approval this ones going to be truly unique.

24.01.2022 SHOPFRONT - The front side of a store facing the street. We believe that being professional doesnt mean you cant be approachable and down to earth, and our collaborative approach is enhanced by our shop front studio. We also enjoy meter free parking at the front door and being 7 doors down from good coffee at the Swamp Cafe.

23.01.2022 Well its a give away if you live in Tassie, its a pretty unique view. There are some complex planning issues to deal with for this design, and we are just finalising the report and preparing to lodge the Development Application. Hope it goes well, as wed really love to see this one built.

18.01.2022 Completed: JB/a design new GLAs for St Patricks Primary School Latrobe

16.01.2022 Courtyard Living: 2 pavilions book end the site and create a warm, sheltered courtyard at the heart the of the lot. With the owners gift for hospitality, this house will provide easy/casual family living as well as catering nicely for guests. Tim is about to form contracts between the client and builder and construction is due to commence very soon. Check out his rendered section/perspective in the images.

16.01.2022 Did you know that the average Australian home could have somewhere around 40,000 parts. Think about it; and the co-ordination required these days to maintain quality and safety, and remove error and discrepancy. Well the shift has been on for the last few years, and were enjoying the results. We have kept developing our BIM (building information modeling) and in the last few years have moved into exciting new levels of collaboration, co-ordination and documentation.... While we have always prided ourselves on excellent design and clear documentation, we can now bring others into the design circles for input and collaboration. The result brings design and making closer together and minimises discrepancy. This model demonstrates some of primary parts, of one of our current designs and how they come together. The JB/a team.

13.01.2022 Latest News: Construction of the 2 new classrooms at St Patricks Primary in Latrobe is moving along well, ahead of program. Everyones been impressed with refurbishment works of the existing classrooms, that we undertook over the school holidays. The new classrooms are due for completion in October. Amongst all of our projects, we have 2 about to commence construction: a large family home on the edge of Prospect vale and another in the beach town of Hawley. The Prospect va...le House (pictured), including pool house, has been designed to comfortably rest along the contours and make the most of solar gain and views. Given the bush setting, it is designed to meet best practice for a building in a high bush fire attach level (BAL). Another important requirement of the brief, was to design for full access and mobility. We think the design looks great as well, a contemporary approach to a traditional form. See more
