12.01.2022 Our team has been inundated with construction planning assignments on inner metropolitan apartment projects of late. We wonder who has been buying these apartments and are we seeing a softening in sales?

11.01.2022 Back in the day, tunnels were narrow and built by hand, progressing at best 10-15 meters a week... Now days sophisticated Tunnel Boring Machines (TBM's) carry out the complete boring and lining works (at much larger diameters) as fast as 100-130 meters per week. 2x such TBM's will commence work on Perth's longest rail tunnel (the Forrestfield Airport Link) in 2017. With substantial enabling works commencing this year to ensure these TBM's can start tunnelling without delay.

05.01.2022 Shhh... don't tell anyone, but we've just been advised that we have been awarded the planning/scheduling contract by the Public Transport Authority for the proposed Forrestfield-Airport Rail link. With our previous similar experience on the Mandurah Rail line and New Metro Rail expansions works, we look forward to providing valued consulting services on this major Perth Infrastructure project - further updates to follow.
