24.01.2022 Clean old 60 with the 12HT engine we fitted a HPD front mount intercooler, NPC clutch, reco gearbox and then tuned to suit keeping it super clean and safe.

24.01.2022 Hey guys As most of you know we are out in Oakdale and although we haven't been directly affected by the fires, all the road closures, smoke and preparations for just in case have put us behind with the backlog of work coming up to Xmas holidays. 24.01.2022 Here's a nice Hilux we tuned with a gturbo red wheel, standard injectors are the limiting factor for more power on this now. Not bad fuel economy either.

20.01.2022 We had this zd30cr patrol in a while ago for a no start issue, after some diagnostics we found the egr valve butterfly to be broken off. After repairing the valve we put it on the dyno to assess the operation of the chip, we found it was running very rich afr,s and the factory boost control was rubbish. We fitted a turbosmart boost controller eliminating the vacume vnt control and performed a remap now we are at near factory afrs and only 18psi boost. No more over heating or blowing bulk smoke and much better fuel economy as well.

14.01.2022 Toyota hiace we had on the dyno the other day getting some good gains out of our custom remap

14.01.2022 Cruiser we tuned last week, it was a low reader on the base line as it had a blocked dpf. After we sorted that out we gave it a tune, not bad power considering it's still stock exhaust and the original snorkel top is pretty restrictive as well

14.01.2022 Hilux we had in for a tune this week. The baseline run is a previous tune from another shop. We managed to make 15% more peak power and 20% more peak torque with larger gains throughout the rev range. We also managed to clean up the smoke off the mark by lifting the afrs without sacrificing any power.

14.01.2022 This cruiser had a rail pressure chip causing injectors to be rattley from too much pressure at light throttle, we removed the chip and custom tuned the ECU to suit towing, you can see from the dyno graph the difference between standard, chipped and tuned, we are able to make alot more power and torque at a much safer air fuel ratio. This will translate to better fuel economy as the engine is making power much more efficiently.

11.01.2022 Zd30 Patrol getting some love on the dyno. First we tested the dp chip operation and found apart from injector rattle and slight increase between 2000 and 2500rpm it was doing nothing, so we ripped that out put it back to stock, then we checked the basics to make sure it was running properly and cleaned the dirty maf sensor. We then fitted a turbo smart boost controller boost actuator and remaped the ECU for a much better result

08.01.2022 This cruiser came to us a while back with a noisy turbo, after a quick diagnosis we realised the turbine wheel had a chipped blade caused by a poor tune done elsewhere. We fitted a gturbo gold wheel and tuned to suit.

05.01.2022 Another nice cruiser getting the greens diesel touch. This one was set up for heavy towing and fuel economy. Should tow a bit easier with over double factory power and torque at 1950rpm

04.01.2022 1st job back today was this nice dmax in for a custom tune, really great gains with the dpf still in place, flat 21:1 afrs and only 22psi boost (stock is 19-20psi)
