01.01.2022 Its so good to be training again after a 2 year lay off from injuries to many to list 4 weeks of six on one off 3 way split training is working quite well and I'm looking forward to getting in great shape again. Training is a lot more focused towards multiple angle training for each muscle and higher reps with short rests.Its been very hard training the same bodypart twice a week especially legs as they were still sore from the workout before but over the weeks the pain in the muscle has become quite satisfying. The goal is perfect form and burning the muscle not paying attention to how much weight but how much burning and sensation in the muscle. Have a great day
