From this chakra we make a choices far more than the intellectual mind and it’s from the seat of deep wisdom. We relate and communicate in a loving, open and trusting way with less judgement and attachment. We experience a deep inner peace and calm and able to see the good in others. We are able to move forward, able to let of of past hurts and able to forgive ourselves and others so we can experience a deeper level of intimacy. 17.01.2022 Sometimes we don’t realise how much crap we put onto our bodies until the real genuinely good thing comes along or until somebody has told you and you have done you’re research that not everything in the market shelves are good products - just because they are being sold and gas been approved to be sold in the market. I used to slather my body with those chemically endocrine that mimics the natural but they are soooo bad for our bodies. Thanks for sharing Star Anise Organic Wholefoods ! 04.01.2022 Did you know you can also clear negative energies by using a high pitched Tibetan bowls? Often when I clean my place by vacuuming and dusting I follow by using sage or Paulo Sanyo . Sage and Paulo Santo both have been dried and both releases a beautiful clean smell for your home. But sometimes there are places we are not allowed to burn or perhaps some people may react differently to smells so what I do is use my high pitched Tibetan bowl to clear the space ...
