Sanded ready for paint Electrical upgraded for led down lights Painting underway today

After further inspection we found the ceiling was un level in some areas up to 30mm.... 06.01.2022 Three layers of sagging ceilings replaced This was pretty dangerous this had three layers of old ceiling. It had horse hair plaster and two layers of 13mm plasterboard, one layer was in pieces. We had to Remove this heavy ceiling that was attached to timber battens that were nailed in.... Remove the old timber battens and re level the ceiling with 28mm furring channel. Insulate the ceiling New ceiling board and cornice ready for paint.
