24.01.2022 This is progress shot of Rosewood timber slats we Fabricated for a privacy screen for our Vaucluse client. These were fitted on a stainless steel frame using secret fixings around the tennis court, driveway and down to the basement. . The clients respect the level of detail and precision that goes into constructing a screen on such an exclusive property. Final photos of screenings to come. . .... . . . #sydneybuilder #building #jchayesconstructions #rosewoodtimber @ Vaucluse, New South Wales, Australia See more

16.01.2022 Our clients wanted to maximise on their amazing views of Sydney Harbour by demolishing brick work and replacing it with glass balustrade Thanks to Nick at @nextlevel_glass for this balcony balustrade at our Potts Point renovation.

16.01.2022 Framed and ready for roof sheets at our Illawong project. Loved working with these recycled hardwood posts, they give this space a lot of character. A pleasure working with Braedon from @stickscapes @ Illawong

14.01.2022 Spanning 3 floors our clients made the bold move to relocate their existing split staircase to the centre of the home running from the front door to the top level. After much deliberation on how to dress the space (artwork, lighting....) we saw the stair riser as an opportunity for this client to have some fun by adding some detail. V groove panelling is a quick and easy way to do just that. In a herringbone formation it not only adds interest to an otherwise plain space but ...gives just enough detail to distract your eye making the climb with 17 bags of groceries that little bit easier... on the eyes at least #jchayesconstructions #residentialdesign #herringbonestairs #herringbonestairriser #residentionalrenovation #sydneyrenovation #sydneybuilder #housedesign #builder #stairsdesign #stairrisers

10.01.2022 As I count down the days till handover of our new home it’s days like today that have me questioning what we ever did without a pool. With two young kiddies in tow, gone are the days of heading off to the beach with just a towel *insert 20kgs of luggage here!* If your anything like me I start with the highest of hopes, I mean how hard could a morning at the beach be right?! The kids will love the water and sand play and it will wear them out just in time for their midday na...ps (it’s a win win for all!) We do laps of the car park searching for a spot closest to the action. We lug ourselves down to the beach. Brolly up, towels down, we have done it we are here! 30minutes in and there have been more tears and tantrums (usually from me ) we all look like crumbed cutlets and it is anything but the relaxing day out I intended! Nap time rolls around and it’s time to lug the house and kids back up the beach trying to avoid the park and another meltdown on the way. If your deliberating over a pool and questioning whether it’s worth it, we have been there and done it and boy oh boy it’s allllll worth it . Feel free to drop us a line or shoot us an email to discuss more [email protected] #hayesconstructions #pooldesign #sydneybuilder #residentialconstruction #residentialdesign #residentialpool

08.01.2022 Progress shot of the Rosewood timber screening we have been working on at our Vaucluse project. Exciting to this taking shape. . As you can see from the second image these rosewood slats have been individually checked out to the millimetre and secret fixed to the stainless steel frame. The final stage will see all stainless steel covered along with the addition of a capping piece on top to finish off the screening. . .... . . #jchayesconstructions #sydneybuilder #builder #residentialconstruction #residentialdesign #masterbuildersnsw @ Vaucluse, New South Wales, Australia See more

05.01.2022 At J.C Hayes Constructions we aren’t just about building off the plan. Quality and attention to detail is paramount in all of our work. We had the honour of crafting this pair of custom made doors for our Potts Point client. They are the perfect fit for the Art Deco brief. #sydneybuilder #heritagebuilder #heritagebuildersnw #jchayesconstructions #custommade @ Potts Point, New South Wales

04.01.2022 Along with Urban Interiors we have restored this heritage beauty back to its former glory. These top level studio offices were leased out in less than 4 days on the market. A fantastic result for all involved. The team is hard at work on the first level construction with another 4 studios to hit the market later on in 2020. #sydneybuilder #jchayesconstruction #heritagerestoration #heritageconstruction @ Potts Point, New South Wales
