09.01.2022 I had a great session recently with a group of delegates from the SDA. We talked about how they can use emotional intelligence and negotiation skills in their roles in the workplace and as representatives of the union. It was great to get the following feedback from the SDA Training Manager: "It was exceptional! We were able to reflect back to the workshops for the rest of the day and a lot of that was unprompted. The sessions added real value to what we're trying to achieve with our members."

08.01.2022 Very excited to be running an Emerging Leaders Session with some junior captains, vice captains and team managers at the West Torrens District Cricket Club this month. We will be aiming to grow a culture of strong leaders and a team first attitude that will permeate through the club for generations to come. Watch this space!
