23.01.2022 Cladding: we have used a mixture of Axon Cladding [Image #1] on the Extension and Matrix Cladding [Image #2] on what will be the cantilevered bench seat for this Ocean Grove Extension. Cladding is ready to paint.

23.01.2022 The Dare Project: Working alongside some of the best in the business when it comes to challenging topography... if you look closely, the excavator is located where the ground floor will be, the basement is yet to be cut out. The @glynnconcrete_and_form_work boys are starting the 7m Bored Piers next week. credit to @sottsy

22.01.2022 Geelong West Heritage WIP: The Timber Frame starting to give this project some scale. Expansive steel beams framing the open plan kitchen, living, dining at the rear. This stage is often exciting for clients, as they start see their new project coming to life and can now envisage their physical space and proportions the JCON team have certainly been battling the inclement weather conditions to get this section up!

20.01.2022 The Minerva Project: stunning Tasmanian Oak 135mm wide floor boards laid, insulation going in, Silvertop Ash going down on the exterior deck and exterior weather boards are being prepped for paint. Its all systems go on this job!

20.01.2022 Geelong West Heritage extension: the structural component of the build is almost complete, and now the owners can start to really visualise the interior design phase of the build coming together. Each and every component of the interior design in this project has been carefully and thoughtfully hand picked by the owners. @cube_cabinets have nailed the brief with this customised curved vanity for the main bathroomthe tiles are now getting grouted, vanity tops on and ready for the remaining fittings and fixtures!

17.01.2022 The Lonsdale Project: ‘Business in the front and Party at the back’ for this beautiful home. This young family wanted to extend out the rear of their property and we can’t wait to show you the finished product! Ps. I’m now also getting some pressure from Mrs JCON as she’s a huge fan of the front facade of this project!

17.01.2022 The Dare Project - We’re working with a sloping block with no rear access, so it starts with rear yard construction first. Work has begun on the Pool with the boys from @intheswimvic

16.01.2022 The Dare Project: site preparation has begun. This new build will consist of a basement + 2 story contemporary home with lift and swimming pool.

15.01.2022 Geelong West Heritage WIP: Due to the rear shed also having heritage features, we have designed directly with the client. The team have come up with a design that incorporates a contemporary Pilates studio/office space, allowing this space to open directly onto the garden.

12.01.2022 Belmont renovation and extension: The extension has allowed for a new kitchen space (as well as master retreat), which flows up to the existing section of the home which will be lounge and dining. All spaces open up to the court yard with large glass sliding doors. Fantastic open plan for this young family. Ready for pre-handover clean. @anthony_hunt_design

11.01.2022 Belmont extension + renovation: this job is well and truly under way. Extension slab and frame is up, the internal is stripped and walls are in the process of being straightened in readiness for plaster. Looking forward to seeing this design by @anthony_hunt_design come to life.

08.01.2022 The Minerva Project: Our client has opted for a large open plan kitchen, living and dining space in their extension. This is a savvy option for adding value and functionality to exisiting structures. Not only does this design allow of endless functional furnishing layout options, just look at all that natural light Plaster going up!
