19.01.2022 Well that's a wrap for another year of PT and boxing. And what a year it has been. Thank you to all the wonderful clients who have not given up on their fitness journeys in 2020. I look forward to heading into 2021 with some new goals and new focus on health and fitness. Have a great Christmas and New years everyone and see you all in 2021.

18.01.2022 For those who had a break over Christmas and are finding it a struggle to get motivated again in the new year. This post is for you. YOU GOT THIS. Just cause it’s a new year doesn’t mean that big drastic changes have to be made. We shouldn’t put so much pressure on ourselves to set and achieve great things at the start of the year. Instead our focus should be on small, daily changes and goals. These daily things will be what add up the big results. Take care in the heat out there. Stay hydrated and remember... YOU GOT THIS.

12.01.2022 Just a reminder to people that some days it’s ok to not be ok. Some days will be harder than others. If these days catch you off guard I want you to remind yourself of two things. 1. The people in your life that you love and bring you joy and 2. The little things that make you smile - rainbows, random text messages, your favourite movie, a great song or book. It doesn’t seem like much right now. But on the bad days these things can change your whole perspective. Take care of each other.
