25.01.2022 Why Celebrancy? It’s a question I’ve been asked a few times since stepping into this new métier. I’d been thinking about it for quite awhile and this year provided the perfect opportunity to take the leap. ... I love connecting people through key moments that life presents. Whether it be through joy or sorrow, the meaningful reciprocity always fills my cup with joy. It is a privilege and honour to be a part of such a community. By honouring rites and rituals in ceremony, it provides an opportunity to stop, reflect, share and cast our own hopes and dreams across life’s tapestry.

20.01.2022 We said goodbye to an amazing individual today. Such an honour to be part of the ceremony. ‘Live your life, do your work and then take your hat. ‘ HD Thoreau #wa #celebrant #jdcelebrant #celebratinglife #livelifefully

17.01.2022 Today is National Celebrant’s Day. It’s a great day to celebrate those that help create lasting memories for special occasions. This picture is of my great grandparents, ... Miss Clara Palmer & Mr Edward Harold Stibbs prior to their marriage which took place on September 9th, 1911 at St Nicholas Church, Norfolk, England. It’s the oldest picture I have from my maternal ancestral line. It captured such a romantic moment in time and still gives me goosebumps today. The joy, anticipation and excitement of being asked to be a spouse is definitely one of life’s epic moments! 16.01.2022 The most fun words of a wedding ceremony - You may kiss your bride/groom/partner! The ceremonial kiss comes in all sorts! ... That release of nerves and excitement can bring out the most exuberant passion to a shy, modest peck. We are all different and unique. It’s what I love best about this world we live in! #thekiss #ceremonialkiss #wedding #weddingceremony #wacelebrant #jdcelebrant #waweddings #livefully #lovefully #kissyourbride #kissyourpartner Photo courtesy Nathan Dumlao
