As of June 1st weddings can have a max of 20ppl (as long as the 4m2 rule applies) But the rest of the story wasnt such great news...these are what they are currently thinking of bringing in for weddings 1) A 2hr wedding limit 2) No dancing ... 3) No cakes 4) Half seated tables - ie a table normally seats 8, will now seat 4. If this does end up being the way it may mean smaller wedding venues may struggle and/or smaller wedding numbers for our couples, cake makers may struggle,.
