22.01.2022 Progressing Ballet Technique is a program developed by Marie Walton-Mahon to help students advance in all dance forms by training muscle memory. PBT focuses on core stability, weight placement and alignment. PBT is practiced internationally. We introduced PBT to our curriculum in early February this year and we are so excited to have PBT back in our Dancer’s training schedule in term 3!

14.01.2022 We are so excited to finally announce our 10th anniversary showcase! In the next couple of weeks our students will take part in being featured in a MUSIC VIDEO SHOOT at various locations across Melbourne which will be presented at our very own private screening at the VILLAGE COBURG DRIVE-INS on Saturday the 19th of December, 2020 SOLO vocal and dance students will also have the opportunity to star in their very own music video and also have it featured on the big screen! ... We are so excited to share this experience with you all! This has been an exciting project in the making since 2019. Further information will be provided via email within the next couple days :)

MULAN (height 5’3"-5'7" with no visible tattoos) MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: 1. 18 years of age or older 2. Reliable transporation 3. Weekend availability 4. Blue Card (Paid) or willing to obtain 5. Australian working rights 6. Located in Southeast QLD 7. PRINCESS ROLES: minimum basic dance ability desired WHAT TO EXPECT: This casting call is for online submissions only. All applicants must submit a clear headshot, full body shot and resume/CV to [email protected] no later than August 28th, 2020. Training will commence in September. Even if you are only able to perform at one or two events per year, we would still love to have you on the team! We can’t wait to see all the talent everyone has to share.

It’s our national day of action when we remind Australians that every day is the day to ask, Are you OK? if someone in your world is struggling with life’s ups and downs. 2020 has been a challenging year for everyone and circumstances have made it even more important for us all to stay connected and, for those who are able, be willing to support those around us. In the lead-up to R U OK?Day we’ll help Australians know what to say... when someone says they’re not OK and guide them through how they can continue a conversation that could change a life. You don’t have to be an expert to keep the conversation going when someone says they’re not OK. By knowing what to say you can help someone feel supported and access appropriate help long before they’re in crisis, which can make a really positive difference to their life. If you feel like something’s not quite the same with someone you know there’s something going on in their life or you notice a change in what they’re saying or doing - trust that gut instinct and take the time to ask them Are you OK? If someone says they’re not OK, make time to listen, encourage action and check in. That conversation could change, or even save, their life.
