05.01.2022 U P D A T E S As the situation progresses in Sydney and Newcastle we please ask all clients that have visited Sydney or Newcastle in the past two weeks please notify us prior to your bookings with us as we will have to reschedule your booking for two weeks. We understand in these times everyone needs a lending hand to help keep update with things around home but to reduce the risk for our staff and clients especially the elderly, we kindly ask for everyone to keep us upd...ated in these situations - If you have any symptoms or have had for the past two weeks PLEASE NOTIFY US - Any staff who show any symptoms we immediately give time off to go get tested and they don’t return untill the results are back. - If you have had a visitors from Sydney or Newcastle or if anyone in your household had traveled to Sydney or Newcastle in the past week PLEASE ALSO NOTIFY US - While our staff are in your home please respect the 1.5m rule and we would like to ask that only one other person is to be present in the home while we are in your home as we have elderly and young ones aswell. - Please message us to cancel your bookings if any of the above regulations effect you or your bookings as we are best to lend a helping hand to all our clients.
