Whilst Volume builders are set up perfectly to take advantage of the Governments latest offering, it also works perfectly for JDesign as we can get both your plans, and contracts ready in the required timeframe. (subject to town planning of course) Rough breakdown: it's for contracts signed between 4 June and 31 December, and work must commence within 3 months of contract da...te it's means tested ... max income $200K as a couple, $125K as a single Funds can be used for renovations, with minimum contract of $150K, max $750,000 and property value cannot be greater than $1.5M build a new home where the property value (house and land) does not exceed $750,000 What do you think?
