25.01.2022 J.D Lineboring recently completed a Shutdown on this RH340 Excavator. Before going out to site, the scope of work only included Stick - Bucket bores on the Stick, however after an inspection we decided to reclaim all bottom bores on the Stick and Stick - Boom bores on the Boom. Turnaround time was 4.5 shifts, days and nights. Downtime reduced by 2 days.

24.01.2022 Finished product of these D11 Track Frames. The Track Frames had to be converted from a Toe In to a Straight Track Frame which meant all bolt holes plug welded and drilled and tapped, all faces had to be welded plus 3 runs of weld in the bores. Almost 50kg of wire burnt into this job.

11.01.2022 Before and after photos of a CAT 793 A-Frame. It was a big job in order to get this back to OEM Specification. Not only was there major cracking through the bolt holes but there was also poor workmanship from a previous linebore with defects like perosity and weld peel out be found during pre-machining. 3 runs of weld were required in the bore and a run on each face plus all the other work required. Im very happy with the outcome of this job
