19.01.2022 1939 Mercury sedan. The body of this car was done by us early last year, now it was time for 80 years of dirt, grease and rust to be removed from the chassis and a fresh coat of primer applied. Potentially one of only six left in Australia.

11.01.2022 Kenworth 440 - Complete makeover. There hasn't been much on this truck that we haven't poured some time and effort into. I'm sure there will be things I have missed in this post, but below is what I can think of from the top of my head (which is still spinning mind you). A big effort by all the team here at JDMB and also Sam from @servicesonsite to get this out the door. ... * Chassis members split for blast and prime * New Airbag upper brackets * New cross member * Air fittings * Upper shock brackets * cab mounts * sleeper mounts * tank stay bushes * tank rubbers * door seals * front indicators * airbag control valves * muffler and stack (upgrade to 5") * much much more...... Floor mat was replaced and rust section repaired in floor, bonnet fibreglass repair and panel work, tank covers removed and custom aluminium guards fabricated, chassis colour changed and body colour changed. Bullbar and wheels removed and sent away for polishing, new centre caps and nut covers installed, A/C condensor removed and painted.

09.01.2022 After years of service both in the Tasmanian Fire Brigade and now as a support vehicle for event fire crews, the red on this Landcruiser was fading away. A new coat of fire engine red, holes in the roof patched up, coated in white as well as the chassis and bar work receiving some satin black, this old girl is ready for another 30 years of service.... Call/message us if you have any questions about this job or any other jobs you think you might like done to your equipment.

03.01.2022 Here is a quick summery of what we have been busy achieving the last week or so.

02.01.2022 This dark and stormy rocket came in this week for some attention to the tray. Blast, prime and paint in Valspar colour coded to the ute, with the tray floor coated in Dominator bedliner. Some nice finishing touches of yellow on the caps to tie in nicely with the TJM products and the company colours.

02.01.2022 This little Account was a labour of love for the last few weeks. An extensive list of work has been done, including; - Chassis blasted - Diff changed out and blasted - Wheels and hubs blasted and painted (new wheels and tyres installed on front)... - Cab painted (white areas only) - Cab polished (green) - Guards and steps repaired and painted - Front grill and shroud replaced and painted (not fitted in pic) - Pinstriping to be installed - Sun visor sourced and colour matched The list goes on.
