06.01.2022 Australia, and the world, is currently facing a global health crisis, of which most of us have not experienced before in our lifetime. J Doolan Removals want to reassure you that as an essential service, we are remaining open. We are taking the following steps to help reduce the risks: Keeping all staff up to date with the Australian Department of Health advice on good hygiene & social distancing, with particular emphasis on regular and through hand-washing. Constantly ver...ifying driver and crew health, equipping all staff with Hand Sanitiser & soap, and temperature testing each morning prior to the commencement of work. If any Staff member is unwell, or displays any symptoms of COVID-19, they must stay at home, consult their Doctor and follow the relevant Australian Government protocols regarding self-isolation and testing. J Doolan Pty Ltd will prohibit that Staff member from attending work until they have been tested for COVID-19 and have produced evidence that they are clear of the virus. Only allowing 2 staff members per vehicle, and disinfecting vehicles & equipment daily. Disinfecting our Office & Depot at regular intervals throughout each day. All clients must complete a COVID-19 Customer Declaration prior to any staff member attending premises, and ensuring only essential people are at the residence throughout the duration of each move. All clients are required to practice Social Distancing, and must disinfect all surfaces prior to the commencement of each removal.
