21.01.2022 No matter how shakey the legs feel after squats, I always finish with Lunges Keep your knee stacked over your ankle The upper body stays upright (no leaning forward) Push through the heel to midnfoot to ensure Glute and hamstring activation... 12.01.2022 For those of starting out of your health and fitness journey for 2021, here a few tips... 1. Don't Overhaul everything, its to overwhelming. You're literally fighting against years of mental conditioning and habit patterns that will take a while to break down. Just pick 1 or 2 things that you really need to work on and start there 2. Eating less isn't always the answer, make sure you getting enough food in, it will just cause problems later if not ... 3. While big goals are great, remember to be humble enough to know where you're starting from. Going from not working out to working out everyday will leave you tired and grumpy. Think of starting with twice or three times a week and build on that 4. Sleep is the most overlooked part of our health and fitness routines. You will hear me talk about this a lot.... PRIORTISE YOUR SLEEP!!!! 5. It's a life game, don't make your goals about the next 8-12 weeks.
