25.01.2022 Unfortunately the Fernvale Markets have been cancelled at the moment. However we are taking all precautions necessary to stay open and take orders, so if you would like to place an order please call or msg us.

25.01.2022 Due to the increase in meat prices, the introduction of our new bags and website, we have decided that after 5yrs of no price increases that we will be increasing our price to $7 for 50g. There is a discount of $20 when purchasing 1kg.

08.01.2022 There will be some changes coming up with the days we are at the markets and which ones we will be at. We will still be at Rocklea and Fernvale but wont be there as often as we are adding more locations over the coming weeks. So with saying that we will be at Fernvale tomorrow but we wont be back until the 24th of November, instead we will be at the Redcliff markets.... 04.01.2022 *IMPORTANT INFORMATION* As David is due to have surgery next week, this Saturday the 9th of March will be our last day at the Rocklea Markets until further notice. Also due to our canteen commitments on a Sunday during the football season we will no longer be at the Fernvale Markets effective immediately.... We are now in the process of upgrading and building a new kitchen, we are still making a limited amount jerky, if you would like to place an order please do so via Facebook or alternatively you can call us to place an order. Postage is available from $8.95 or can be collected for Alexandra Hills or Brassall Ipswich. Sorry for an inconvenience this may cause.
