25.01.2022 Hi Gents, here we have a F8(x) Stage 4 fuel system upgrade from Precision Raceworks that will allow S55 powered vehicles to run on straight E85 at high boost pressure targets, even when fitted with those lovely Stage 2+ snails from Pure Turbos as pictured. ;-) The kit includes a BMP fuel rail (diagonal dispersion pattern) with individual Bosch Motorsport 750cc (flow matched) injectors, a Split Second AIC1-6 controller, upgraded -6AN fuel supply and return lines (all 100% E85 ...compatible), an external fuel pressure regulator, a 10 micron inline filter and last but not least a Stage 4 bucketed/bucketless hybrid LPFP that includes all necessary wiring and a 13psi pump activation Hobbs switch. This LPFP utilises a new OEM brushless pump in the bucket with a Walbro 450 fuel pump mounted externally. This Stage 4 fuel system along with the PS2+ turbos are going to Umberto@Elite Euro Performance for his own F80 M3 build, no questionable charge-pipe Meth' injection for supplemental fueling to be found there, lol. Cheers, JD.

16.01.2022 Hey guys, here are a few pics of the 340 in glorious sunshine following the fitment of some M Performance aero goodies. So we now have fitted a genuine M Performance black high-gloss front splitter/lip, black high-gloss side skirt extensions and a carbon fibre high-kick boot spoiler. ... I also have the M Performance black high-gloss lower bumper trim and matching diffuser in stock ready to install, but I've opted to replace the black diffuser with the carbon fibre version which is still in transit. It's a more aggressive looking piece and in my humble opinion will be a better match for the CF boot spoiler too. Thanks, JD. P.S. please excuse the lack of tyre shine...

08.01.2022 Okay so I'm very happy to report that the E93 N55 from my prior post has exceeded the expectations of both myself and the customer following the XHP Flashtool Stage 3 TCU tune. The attached a dyno graph is of the E-Series N55 PWG Pure Turbos Stage 2 turbo vehicle making a proper 384rwkw@25psi of boost pressure and around 11.5deg of maximum ignition advance on straight E85. The car actually managed 387rwkW on one pull, but there was some over boost following spool up creating ...a peaky looking torque curve so I have opted to post up the graph that represents the torque curve I was aiming for. FYI, a stock as a rock E-Series N55 DCT car will make around 190-195rwkW on the Advan Performance dyno, a stock turbo FBO car with a Stage 2+ tune will see 230-240rwkW on 98RON pump gas. This particular E93 N55 has made 265rwkW on straight E85 with the stock turbo and a good but not great intercooler. So we are looking at a Delta of 120rwkW with the addition of the PS2 turbo, high-flow turbo inlet and outlet pipes, Wagner Tuning EVO 3 Competition cooler, Precision Raceworks high output coil kit and of course the Stage 3 xHP TCU flash allowing the DCT to manage the torque being delivered by the power upgrade package. Needless to say the owner of this convertible sleeper is wrapped by the outcome and a few hours of late night back road driving has confirmed the beast has brutal power delivery compared to the best one can achieve with the stock turbo. Apparently it smokes 3rd gear without too much fuss and continues to pull very hard to redline in 4th and well into 5th so I am told, haha. I dare say we'll be continuing the development of this vehicle in the hope of cracking the 400rwkW mark with the use of the bolt-on PS2, which is no mean feat on a N55 PWG turbo set up. Thanks, JD.

07.01.2022 Hi guys, I have your N55/B58 F-Series fueling needs covered with Dorch Engineering Stage 2 HPFP upgrade kits for both platforms. For the N55 vehicles that benefit from improved in-tank pumps on the low pressure side, I can also supply Stage 3 kits from Fuel-It and Precision Raceworks.... The Dorch Stage 2 kits are a must do for anyone that wants to max out flow on their stock turbo with straight E85 and likewise for those running a turbo upgrade from Pure Turbos that require a healthy blend of ethanol to see the BIG power numbers the Pure snails are capable of delivering. ;-) Lastly I should note that the N55 kits are also compatible with late model E-Series engines that share the same HPFP design with all of the F-Series N55 vehicles. The B58 kits are good to go for the X3/X4 M40i SUV lovers out there too. :-) Cheers, Justin.
