06.01.2022 Sometimes I can’t find the words, I can just feel it in the centre of my heart, in my belly, the tears sneak out of my eyes & I feel such enormous peace grateful to just be here, in the present, in this amazing place we call home. We’ve all seen others who seem to have everything yet they are still not happy & we’ve seen others that have so much hardship yet they maintain a positive outlook. Again, ITS HOW YOU THINK & what you tell yourself. Instead of saying , I will be happy when ................. change it to, I choose to be happy now. Choose to live in joy, when you make a conscious choice to love yourself & others & even our circumstances as best as we can, we are inviting joy into our lives. I’ve needed to step back & make some changes & I’ve had massive growth in all areas of my life.
