You take the tincture for two weeks or you can finish the whole bottle. You take seven drops upon rising and seven drops before sleep. Bach remedies relate to the number four. Four represents the body(of the earth). It's the first number that containing both temporal and the spiritual. Four' s vibration is about physical energy, harmony and co-operation.
