20.01.2022 One of the more interesting 3D cakes I've made. This big fella is a double layered chocolate mud cake with chocolate ganache and was requested for a Hen's party. The pubic hair has been individually handmade out of licorice. A lot of fun to make and huuuuuuge point of discussion to all who have visited me and eagerly followed my progress during this time. Sincere apologies to my children who may never be the same again (i promise I'll contribute to the future therapy bill kids ;)

18.01.2022 Wollondilly Anglican College Year 6 farewell cake. Incorporating the schools colours and each of the attending year 6 students initials on the fondant stars surrounding the cake. Two tiered cake consisting of the bottom tier made up of chocolate mud cake and the top tier is a white chocolate mud cake. The very best of luck in high school to each and every uear 6 WAC student

11.01.2022 Teddy bears picnic. My baby girl Zoe's 7th Birthday cake. Raspberry and white chocolate mud cake with white chocolate ganache. Finished with fondant and edible hand made bears and picnic food. All items edible and handmade except the bunting and balloon wire.

09.01.2022 Succulent and fresh flower rustic wedding cake for my beautiful long time school friend Angie. Made up of 2 tiers. The bottom tier consists of 4 layers of chocolate mud cake filled with chocolate ganache and the top tier is a raspberry and white chocolate mud cake filled with white chocolate ganache. Both tiers are covered in whipping ice with a rustic finish and completed with fresh succulents and flowers.
