10.01.2022 This timber retaining wall is 4years old and failing already as its only held up by 100x100 fence post that is also holding up the weight of the 1.8m fence the posts were 600mm into the ground and 2.4m apart It was going to be replaced with concrete sleepers and colour bond fencing But after having the underground service location done have decided to go with a sandstone wall as most holes would have needed to be vac truck excavated ... Looks like the original landscaper had some close calls they did hit the nbn When in doubt get it marked out
