21.01.2022 A full and proper independent investigation could have been agreed to in the Lower House of the NSW Parliament in March. The Liberals don’t want a wide reaching investigation. The debate called for by Labor relates directly to the petition (with over 21000 signatures) that requests a judicial inquiry into the circumstances around the financial situation of the Central Coast Council. Mr Crouch the government’s Parliamentary Secretary FOR The Central Coast says publicly that ...he supports that petition and that he supports the women behind it... However he has shown his true colours by failing to advocate FOR the Central Coast and FOR this important petition. You can’t have it both ways Mr C, either you support the petition and you advocate for it or you reject the petition.
