25.01.2022 These started out as a couple of pieces mill finished flat bar and with a bit of a polished turned into a pretty nice rope tie down point for a boat. #spitshine

25.01.2022 Going to be a tuff week at work for the Jeff Eales Sheet Metal duo. This is what we are dealing with. #hamiltonisland

24.01.2022 We started with ideal and finished with perfect weather. It's been a hard slog to get it done in 5 days and after walking up and down the steep hill the job site was on I am very pleased at the end result. If you get a chance to visit Hidden Cove on Hamilton Island do yourself a favor and check out the handrails Jason and I installed. Mirror finished 316 grade stainless steel with every join welded and polished 50mm top rail and posts with a 38mm kick rail. All up about 60m of handrails. It's a pitty half of it will be under water. Cheers Adrian.

22.01.2022 Happy New Year! We are BACK and raring to go. Have a peek at how one of our customers used their gorgeous Jeff Eales Sheetmetal Grazing Platter over the Christmas break. Love it!

22.01.2022 Nothing like a custom made 38mm tube stainless steel clothesline 6000mm x 900mm with stainless steel wires to hang your clothes on when you live on the beach. Pretty sure it could double as a chin up bar it's that sturdy.

20.01.2022 3mm aluminum canopy custom built and fitted for Toyota Hilux 1450mm long x 1800mm wide x 850mm high powder coated pearl white with a whale tale 3 point automatic locking system. We also fabricated and fitted the under tray tool boxes as well. 3mm aluminum with a press button lock powder coated pearl white. This customer traveled from Townsville for this one and has made a very nice upgrade with the canopy to be well used for work purposes.

19.01.2022 Our future apprentice is off to Kindy this year and to celebrate, we have fabricated and donated one of our stainless steel kids clotheslines to My School Slade Point. What a hit it is, too!

15.01.2022 Today marks the loss of a family air loom here at Jeff Eales Sheet Metal, this fridge was given to Jeff and Lee as a wedding gift and was their first ever fridge. They are now into their 46th year of marriage so this makes the fridge 45 years old. The fridge was one of the first things to go into every workshop since Jeff started in 1999 and it was hard for me to let it go.They don't make them like that anymore.

12.01.2022 This is one of my favorite projects to come out of the workshop. A 3mm aluminum cabinet with stainless steel servery top, powder coated prim rose, finished with stainless steel handles and the 3 draws are fitted with soft close runners. A nice way to add a practical yet elegant feature to the customers entertaining area.

12.01.2022 Another happy customer driving away with a custom built canopy. Made from 3mm aluminum with whale tale locks this canopy is set to complete a trip to the middle of Australia and is built to handle these conditions. Good luck with the trip guys.

08.01.2022 A customer came to me with this table and asked me to hide the corners in some way, so after a very simple design I think the outcome has improved the table 10 fold. Something a little different but always happy to customize a job.

07.01.2022 A little side project for myself. My version of a pot belly stove. Thank you to John and the boys at Drillpro for sand blasting and painting with heat resistant paint. Origin 2 just got a whole lot better.

07.01.2022 This is a nice little project to come out of the workshop this week. A foldable ramp with wheels made from aluminum. The rails were all hand polished in the shop and came up a treat. Some time went into this one but was well worth it in the end.

04.01.2022 A little bit of chair repair taking place at Jeff Eales Sheet Metal last week. Fixing the stainless steel mounting brackings and giving 8 chairs a little bit of a spit shine... had them back to looking their best.

01.01.2022 A nice bbq stand and table from 316 mirror finished stainless steel and fitted to a 45ft yacht in the Mackay Marina. Not a bad way to enjoy a bbq with a view.
