10.01.2022 Melissa Ree from Sleep Matters and Sleep physician DavidCunnington spoke with Jessica Strutt on ABC Radio today to explore issues around couples making the decision to sleep separately in their quest for good sleep. 04.01.2022 Dr Melissa Ree was interviewed for Anna Rose's article in yesterday's Sunday Times. The article reminds us of the vicious cycle that can develop between low mood, anxiety and withdrawal, and how common it is to feel alone when we experience low mood. While the odd 'doona day' is OK, regular withdrawal from life can have a negative impact on wellbeing. Checking in with each other and seeking support (sometimes professional support) are important in looking after mental health.
